Hi Everyone,
After many years in the gym, and mostly failed attempts at sports, exercise and diet, I realize I have a terrible anterior pelvic tilt.
Many things like tight hamstrings, tight hip flexors, weak glutes, weak abs, low back pain goes deeper.
Even things like posture, slouching, etc. are not because of lack of willpower, but poor muscle structure.
Any videos to help fix my anterior pelvic tilt?
I am looking at Athlean-X, etc. and Jeremy Ethier.
I plan to integrate these ten to fifteen minutes of exercises during my rest sets in the gym, three or four times a week.
