How soon should Cortisol blocker be itntroduced into PCT?

Just finisihed cycle of pplex. How long a wait before taking LeanXtreme ? Started my clomid tonight--gonna wait about a week to introduce my AI(exemastatne) at a low dose (12.5mg)

I too, always heard start on the 10-15th day. With that said does anyone know about how long cort levels STAY elevated? I'd love to stretch my Retain2 split of 2 cycles/pcts. These OTC roids are cheap but the support supps & pct supps/meds are what kills ya.
