So, I planned on a 12 week cycle (with the long ester closer to 14 before start PCT) I am currently on week 6, cycle goes as follows

Test E 600mg/week 1-12 with 1.2g first week as front load

Anavar 50mg/day week 7-12

Proviron 75mg/day week 6-12

HCG 500iu E3D week 1-14

AI - Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

PCT - Nolva and clomid week 14-20 tapering down as weeks go on

If you're dead set on front loading put your dose into a steroid calc to see your dose regime, ie 2x weekly, daily, etc and how the dose will fluctuate.
