How do you keep focused on school work and lifting?

multitasking.

You can focus on each and still achieve your goals in each, it just takes a little hard work. Sure its hard at times to get the motivation to go to the gym when you know you have work later or a project to get done but either you man up and get whats got to be done, done or you dont.

You have to balance everything in your life and to be honest man me and you (being in highschool or just leaving it) we have it easy! People always say enjoy it while we can and even though I haven't experienced it fully yet I can say we have it easy atm.

get a plan and follow it 100%, no messing around, also what I did last semester when I had 17 hours was schedule a 2 hour break in the afternoon between classes, took all my supps and food with me to class then just hitup the gym after class till about 15 min before my next class, on these days I was more likely to stick to my routine because my schedule was so well structured that if I didn't I felt like I had wrecked my whole day, also try and do a lot of your cooking on your off days that way you don't have to deal with dishes and cooking on days that you get back from the gym. I know I was always beat after working out and eating a huge meal.
