how do u apply spiro 5% on cycle

should i just rub it on my finger tips and try to get it into the scalp? its used 2x a day correct? my scalp has been getting real itchy because of DHT on cycle

I'd use more than spiro. Get some monoxidil, finasteride, laser comb, folligen, emu oil, etc.

ill prolly get rogaine too but i just apply spiro 2x daily? it seems kinda hard to rub into my scalp with having hair lol
