As promised, I am sharing my homebrew experience thus far.

Var was only soluble in Everclear and I couldn't get 20mg/ml to stay dissolved. Once the liquid cooled, a fair amount would precipitate out and fall to the bottom. I think 15mg/ml is the limit here, as that was no problem!

Winny easily dissolved at a rate of 20mg/ml in Everclear.

Cialis completely dissolved at a rate of 10mg/ml in PEG 400.

SD completely dissolved at a rate of 20mg/ml in PEG 400.

Yeah, I'm honestly a little worried about that. I'm actually an alcoholic, been sober a good while and don't think it'll trigger anything, but still being careful!

Active alcoholics probs shouldn't be doing orals. That said, Var is the safest for you. I believe it mostly harms the kidneys. It hits pretty fast in the ethanol! Legit five minutes on an empty stomach.

Ok mom. My liver values are always good and my kidney are always close but that’s just gfr which gets messed up just by working out

Exesmestane: 25 mg/ml in ethanol. In summer, in winter precipitates. Exemestane is a bitch because it's almost insoluble in anything. I have no experience with any PEG, but I did some research and I found that PEG (don't remember which) increases exemestane bioavailability, but no solubility.

If you were to use a more viscous carrier you could ditch the alcohol. The compound will not hold but being vicious it would make for a better suspension. Simply shake well before each use and once the bottle is done the average daily dose will be correct lol. Not ideal but better than nothing.

I have zero experience with this but in theory, would not using either grape seed or mct or another oil at least hold at 5-10mg/ml? Being oil at least then taking multiple ML's will not be alcohol in your system.

Var and Exem are not soluble in oil. Less than a fraction of a mg per ml would dissolve. Hoping for a homogenous suspension is not ideal when dosing such small amounts! This is more for drugs like pain relievers and antibiotics where you're taking hundreds of mg per dose.
