Home brew question

If I were to pick up some t-gel or a similar product, and some 1-test powder, am I correct that I only have to mix the powder into the gel and that is it? I searched but I could not find anything. I'd like to stock up in the easiest way possible. Thanks.
 
Thank you.. where is a good place to buy powders? I know of a few sites but they are all overpriced, imo.

Mods: If this isn't cool to ask about powder sources feel free to delete it, but since they are legal I figured I'd give it a shot.

A good place to get ph powders would be 1fast400.com....kilosports..legalgear.com.
 
I prefer 1fast400, they seem to have the best price and shipping is fast. I just ordered formestane powder on Wednesday and got my stuff on Friday.
