Just joined the boards and wanted to say hi. I occasional;ly posted on Elitefitness but it just seems to commercial for me...

Everyone here seems to have really informative info and likes to share their knowledgs... good to go.

Here is a pic of me and my ex-girlfriend. Dont laugh to hard.... it took years of overtraining for me to get into the amazing mediocre shape Im in now. LOL

Hey bro, talked at ya in some other threads already, but welcome welcome! You'll definitely love it here. There are so many kickass knowledgable fuckers running around you can't help but soak some of that **** up sooner or later... at least, that's MY plan. Yep... good stuff here. I hear ya about busting ass to be in mediocre shape lol
 
Welcome! I used to post at Elite too until I was no longer quick enough to click down the ads to get to the actual forum...
