help to get into ketosis

Okay: so this morning was a light pink... still means i'm in keto. Now I'm gonna do my pre/intra/post BCAA's totaling 2 servings xtend and purple wraath and one serving of DominATP...Then piss on a stick after my workout and see if it still changes.

So let me get this right though... If I'm in it now, and in it last night that means I'm in it. I can't just pop in and out of it(keto) two or three times a day right? so my diet and supp's are working not just in the gym and recovery but also to keep me in keto? Right

Oh and good luck WhatsaRoid don't be pissed tho, when you struggle in the gym for a few days... it seems like its getting better for me, just not ever never quickly enough!
 
If you're struggling with some strength on this diet, try a full body routine 3x per week. Look into HST. Might be harder endurance wise but it's very anti-catabolic, probably the best for bulking and also suits cutting due to it's metabolism enhancing effects.
