Help me with mk677.

I have decent knowledge with AAS but not so much with other forms of PED. I’m about to jump on mk677. Besides the generic stuff I can read on the internet. I want to knows y’all a tips, tricks, recommendations, and things to watch out for when taking mk677. Going to use in between cycles and will probably extend use into my end of year bulk.

for those that don’t know, I’m on trt.
 
I’d avoid taking it in the morning or mid day. It makes most people super sleepy/lethargic if you take it during the day. I usually take it 1-2-3 hours before bed. Also it can mess with some people’s blood glucose so id have an eye on that if you’re of them and start having symptoms of that. Pretty much what I have in mind right now for you! Enjoy it. The sleep and recovery on it is fucking amazing.
 
20 mg seems about right for me, and i usually dose 2x a day, during the day and pre bed.

As far as lethargy goes, it doesnt matter whether i dose during the day also or just before bed. I get it anyway, it works for up to 24 hours after the dose.

But that lethargy comes from lowered blood sugar, as igf 1 can in the short term lower blood sugar. Just eat sth sweet it goes away.

Yeah keep an eye on blood glucose it makes me secrete more insulin after carb heavier meals so i sometimes feel hypo thrpughout the day, similar to how tren can make you feel. But again, eating sugar solves this.

Enjoy great pumps, vivid dreams, some additional fat loss, water retention may or may not be present (i dont get any) and perhaps some libido issues 😂

Not in everyone, but it does tend to increase prolactin. I notice my libido get weaker almost immediately, and it further diminishes slowly as i use it. Basically interest gets much lower, it doesnt seem to affect morning wood that much, just pure interest, likke when you have low test.

But it doesnt negate any other benefit that androgens give like aggression, confidence, drive...all of that remains untouched...at least in my experience. Just libido.



But not everyone complains of that issue but i know some people do, and i am particularly sensitive, i never have good libido on androgens, only hcg keeps it strong.
 
Only ever used it at 10mg....slight raised my fasting blood sugar..nothing too bad, amazing for recovery, didnt get any lethargy and felt great on it. If I use again I'll prob try the 8 on 4 off protocol.

Yes actually you do have more energy on it. People say lethargy, but just eat sth sweet it goes away.
 
i would run insulin with it or take it only 2-3 times a week

your insulin sensitivity is gonna decline really fast if taken everyday
 
Never experienced or noticed the insulin sensitivity issue, possibly because the diet is low carbs/high fat. No blood glucose data to verify.
4on/2off schedule, tried different dosing schemes to experiment, maintaining the 4on/2off.
Possible small amount of lethargy during one 4/2 rotation when using 25mg before bed, 12.5mg in the morning.
No hunger or libido issues.
I have noticed slight water retention using the split dose 12.5/25mg, I would not call it "bloating". Not extreme like AAS-induced moon face. Mid-section unchanged, muscles fuller. I hold more water, sweat more during high cardio workouts.
I get better sleep and more vivid dreams using GABA vs MK677. I may try the GABA with the MK677 for even better sleep.
 
Yep agree with all the stuff above, the decline in insulin sensitivity is the main issue, supplement with berberine and/or metformin to address it if you are running longer term (or cycle useage, I personally only use for a couple of months at a time whilst supplementing with those two and then break for a couple of months).

I also dose pre bed, you can get really hungry so if cutting it’s hard if you dose am (although if bulking and you want that hunger then try am dosing)

If you are also on aas i dont think insulin sensitivity is that big of an issue. Even on just 100mg of test my morning fasting blood glucose is below normal, not to mention if you run a bit of tren etc


But if natty yeah, i noticed i gain a bit of bodyfat after i come off the mk677 if not on test.

Same here. The amount I hold during the 4on/2off is similar (1-1.5% of my bodyweight, 2-3lbs).
I consider it helpful in that regard because of my diet.
 
Fear, anxiety, bad sleep; remember, ghrh's are stress hormones and having them elevated all the time can and does lead to bad chit. I don't know anything specific but do make some research in that direction.

In a sense, exo gh is a best bet for long term use.

Does p5p actully lower prolactin and by how much? I wouldnt mind replacing caber with something that has less sides.

I used to have some pretty nasty prolactin sides from Kratom and MK, especially combined, but after running upwards of 100mg of P5P, keeps the issues totally at bay. It is a viable very cheap option.
