Healing with SARMs

So...I ushered in 2016 by totalling my new car today and spraining my ankle.

I had planned on starting my NPP/test cycle next week...but no point when I can't walk lol.

I have some OSTA, S-1, and Ghar1ne on hand.

Anyone have any success speeding up healing injuries with SARMs?

I will still be running my trt.

That sucks. Hope you had some type of "gap" insurance. Not to mention good insurance all in all. I know ostarine can definitely help you keep or maintain your muscle mass. Might be worth it to run it low dose during your recovery. Hey at least you only sprained your ankle though. How did the accident happen?

Thanks man.

I didn't see the car man...it was raining. Got nailed right on the driver side door. The door was jammed shut and the other car's engine was smoking. I kicked my door open (how I sprained my ankle) and made sure she got out of her vehicle.

I wouldn't wasting osta for this injury it's only only spraining ankle in 7 -10 days you should be able hit you upper body just use tons of ice to remove inflammation .

Sprained ankle no prob ... chest and back days!! You don't need no stinkin' ankle for bench presses and back rows. :bigok:

Well, obviously legs are out. Unless you plan on working only one of them. Then you'll have the Arnold leg and the Danny De Vito leg.

As counter intuitive as it sounds, calf raises are the best way to get your ankle healing faster. I broke my ankle a couple of years ago, and after the bones healed my ortho had me doing calf raises. The tendons tightened up very well and healed very fast. My GP said I was 3 weeks ahead of schedule at one point.
