A friend of mine mentioned this combo to me. This will be my first time using this. Anyone has recommendations as to how to take and is there anything I should be taking, support, etc??

Havoc is a steroid.....weather its "mild" or not its still a steroid.


u need to get some Cycle suport for on cycle and pct. also a test booster and id also recommend a cort blocker for pct. i will always recommend a SERM for every cycle, but i know ppl dont always have access to them
 
Take a SERM. I asked Dsade about this and he, himself, suggested not taking Havoc without having a SERM handy for post cycle therapy.
