Havoc Cycle

Hey. I am 6'3 and usually weight in just over 180lbs. When I started lifting, about 3 yrs ago I was 150lbs. I just turned 21 this month and am going to be running a cycle of rpn havoc. I have done countless hours of research and reading and I have enough understanding to run this cycle. My cycle will be four weeks long followed by pct with torem. I will be running support supplements as well. My question is about the timing of my cycle. I just got over the flu and bronchitis and haven't worked out in 3 weeks. I have lost a few pounds since then, probably because of poor diet and lack of appetite. Should I work out a few weeks and make sure I'm back to where I was before I got sick before running havoc? Or is that a waste of time because havoc will help me get back faster and then continue to make gains? Also, if I run it through february, I would be finished the first couple days into march and then start pct. I plan on being in florida on vacation for ~6 days march 5-10th and would only have access to light (very light) weights and would not be able to get in a really good physically taxing workout. I could do some high reps and body weight exercises like old fashion pullups, situps, pushups etc. The time in florida would be my first week of pct. Should I go ahead with my cycle or wait until I get back from florida in march? Would these few days in pct of not working out up to my standard intensity hurt my gains or gains I keep from cycle? Thanks.

Ive ran Havoc a few times, I bet the weight you lost was just water, I lift for about a week just to get back in the swing of things, If I were you I run it 30/30/30/30 and most say you can use OTC PCT, I have several times

torem has, like nolva, a pretty long haf-life (5 days). dosing it higher during the first few days helps to achieve effective and stable baseline levels much faster.

As far as when to take it? personally, I would get back into your nutrition and training routine for a WHILE before i took any type of steroid. if you wanted something to kick start your training, you can take something like IGF 2 stacked with Prime or Free Test. You should be on the staples already (protein, creatine, multi, BCAAs..etc)

Hit the weights heavy the week before you go, and do some lighter weights with more reps when your in Florida.
Don't forget that diet is key
