Havoc bridged with SD?

Thinking about doing a 4 week havoc cycle(20/30/30/40) followed immediatly by a 3 week sd cycle...ideas? comments? Ive got extensive cycling experience behind me, just wondering in terms of effectiveness how you guys think this could work.

lol, nope, no extra liver....been taking milk thistle and liver is in pretty good shape according to blood tests.

personally, i wouldnt do two methyls. you can do an extended havoc cycle a little bit. but going from havoc to sd...bye bye liver
