You can use it with any ph, use your imagination. Cramping and pumps, especially back pumps might be a little rough with M1T, though. 4AD+M5AA will work fine, or M4OHN, M-Dien, 1-test trans or cyp, ect. Like I said, use your imagination.

Clen is used during PCT for its anti-catabolic properties to help maintain gains. When used this way the dose is usally lower than you'd use to cut. You do not want to try to cut during PCT.

If you've never used used clen before, start at 40mcg, Increase by 20-40mcg every day until you get up to 100mcg. That should be high enough to give you the anti-catabolic effects without causing the shakes or headaches, etc. You can go higher if you need to, but unless you're cutting you really don't need that much.
