Um. Not much? It answers why they both have "halo" in their names, which is what I figured you were really getting at with your question.
They do have *some* structural similarities (they're both non-aromatising 17a-methylated testosterone derivatives with halogen substituents) but they don't really resemble each other. Fluoxymesterone is structurally similar to some glucocorticoids (like Invalid Link Removed). Halodrol is a more traditional-looking androgen.
