I was wondering if it really worth it for strength and androgenic induced "intensity" on the weights, to use halo let's say at 10mg PWO or 10mg in the morning and 10mg pre w/o 4 days a week... (hepatoxicity wise) ...
O and by the way the way ive read it you were suposed to take 20/30 mg's about 30 mins before workout!

I've taken Halo once for two weeks and remeber not thinking that it was anything spectacular. I actually like M5aa much better, stuff makes me feel strong like bull.
