gyno question

Well my nipps are a little puffy so Im starting some nolva today. Heres the question, everyone says feel if there is a lump under the nipple, do they mean directly under the nipple, as in a pinch just the nipple to see, or is it farther down than that that gyno would happen, where you would need to grab a on the outside of the nipple on each side than pinch together to feel under the nipple? Just wondering the exact place to grab.

Feel all around, but mostly it will be centered behind your nipple. Feel deep behind your nipple and shallow. Just place your finger and thumb about 1/2 an inch below and above your nipple then squeeze together. That will allow you to feel quite a bit of area behind the nipple, and deep as well.
