Methinks that may be linked to the reports of increased estrogens and xenoestrogens in municipal water supplies. Aparently water purification plants can't remove these compounds very easily.
OR it could just be natural as it is in a percentage of the population. Obviously the paper that printed this did so for the shock value only as they made no attempt to actually investigate.
