Out of all the ingredients listed on the label, which one would you say has the biggest effect on acheiving what glycobol aims to do.


Na-R-ALA 250mg
Trigonella Seed Isolate (standardized to 10% 4-hydroxyisoleucine),
Phellodendron extract (standardized to 90% berberine),
Cinnamon Bark 20:1 extract (standardized for 16% flavonoids),
BMOV (Bis-Malto-Oxovanadium)

Well Na-R-ALA is the true nutrient partitioner in there, however all the ingredients are synergistic so I wouldn't want to single-out one only.

This is the main ingredient but the other stuff in it also helps with it being effective.
