GH suppression? First gh cycle

I'm getting ready for my first gh only cycle. This is only for recovery. I sleep for chit and I'm always hurt or something. Skating also doesnt help at my age. So I always have a sprain, IT band in pain, etc. So better recovery would do wonders for me.

Anybody knows how much exogenous gh use suppresses natural gh production? How long does it take to return to normal? Is there any permanent damage, etc ...?

I've heard you shouldn't go longer than a year, and 6 weeks of cjc dac as a "PCT" will get your pituitary back in shape. As far as actual suppression, I think that depends on the dose. How many IUs are you using and what kind of quality is it?

I havent started nor have I bought it yet. It's definitely not going to be pharma grade. I will however do bloods. I am aimin for around 350 - 400 igf1 levels and would hope to use app 3 iu's to achieve that.

I've heard about using peps for "pct" yes. Do you maybe have any good reading material on the in's and outs of gh cycling?

I've only been told what to do by a coach, so unfortunately I don't have any reading material. Kind of a difficult subject to find anything on.

One thing I would recommend and have a study on, is eod dosing instead of ed dosing. It prevents tolerance to elevated GH, and also makes recovery a lot easier. Also anecdotally some BBers say eod is better for mass gain and maintaining insulin sensitivity. So for example in your case I would do 6 ius eod or 6 ius MWF, to keep it simple and coincide with a workout schedule.

Yeah, I'm having a hard time finding concrete info, thst's why I'm asking this general questions ...
