Lat pull down
4 sets of 10 reps with bar brought below nipple line
Hammer strength row
4 sets of 5
Pull ups
3 sets till failure
Hammer strength preacher curl
5 sets with the last set 15 reps
Barbell curl
4 sets of 8 reps super setted with failure reps with a bar half the weight
Dumbbell curls
4 sets of 10
Cable curls
3 sets of 15
Cardio
Leg day
Total crap. Was tired as fuk and my pre did not help
Did a bunch of high rep back squats and lunges then called it a day

Few notes on abdrohard
Love the delivery and the bottle so far. It rubs on easily and has great thickness. Only thing is that my bottle is getting lower (less than half left) and at times I get a half of squirt and have to keep bottle straight for it to work.
Second thing I wish there was a sight window to see how much is left.
Still a great product all around and using 12 pumps daily.

Went back to PHAT training yesterday since I always gain more on it. But i do get bored and change it up to PPL. But I never feel like I get good gains on it like PHAT.
Strength is up pretty good and so is my overall volume. I feel like the muscles I apply androhard too get a better pump then when I wasn't using it.

Had to take the weekend off do too travel. Gonna find the closest retro fitness in Albany and check it out later tonight.
Will be running this afternoon and hitting some high rep weights before the gym session

Things I am noticing at 12 pumps a day.
Increased libido - it's off the roof like I'm a teenager again. I'm a married man in my late 30's
Body comp - I look so much leaner and can't stop looking in the mirror
Strength - steadily rising. Not lifts I'm up 20lbs
Sleep - has been horrible but traveling and hotel beds suck
Been busy traveling for week so updated haven't been as frequent as I like.
Not much left in bottle will see how many more pumps I get out of it.
