I can't say that it ever did a damn thing for me, but I have to agree on capping it. BAC's crap tasted absolutely horrid, and the taste didn't go away, either.

They were having a hard time obtaining the raw materials. They were using a certain grade of one of the ingredients which was very difficult to produce, and the demand overwhelmed the supply...

I really liked Fuzu - if anything, I definately had an increase in, uh, volume during PCT. Not training volume
