You are kidding right? It's sight enhancement oil... aka synthol. It doesn't grow the muscle cell it simply adds volume to the muscle injected with.... oil. It does not contain any hormones.

That guy in khakis looks like he has a gallon of it in each arm.
 
I wonder how Synthol would work for ones penis. By looking at these douche bag's I'm sure they could answer that question. I really can't fathom why anyone would want to do this. I honestly think they have some sort of mental disturbances going on up there.

Not very well considering synthol just stretches the muscle fascia. This was the basis for Doggcrap's Stretching Routine, that was so popular in the Cylcles on Pennies thread from wayyyy back. He used post workout "extreme stretching".
 
sometimes i think markus ruhl (his shoulders) looks ridiculous like those cats. but these tools are just that.... tools

ALR actually reccommends synthol site injections to stretch the fascia in order to allow room for more growth. I believe he refers to synthol as a space occupier. You occupy the space, then when it is emptied, room has been made for the muscle to grow.

He does not reccommend it for aesthetic purposes.
 
Yeah I have done synthol injections on my buddy. We did it 2x's a week for 6 months. Went low volume he added about .75" to his arms and they look great. If you never knew he did it you would never be able to tell.

Who's too say he couldn't have added that size naturally. Or with a little performance enhancement. Sorry, sounds like a rediculous way to add size.

I think that he is probably close to his natural limit. He is 5'4" about 195lbs @10~12% bf. He had 18" arms before and close to 19" at the end of the 6 months.

These dudes look so freaking absurd. It dosent even look good, it looks like ****. With arms that size, they'd better be curling 315 for sets of 10. HAHAHA! Yeah Right!
