Front Box Squat form check (Don't worry I have my shirt in these video)

I'm going to upload new conventional deadlift videos to spare you all of my BF%, but right now I need input on the front box squat. I was having knee issues until I went to box squatting. I still had some minor pain when I did 185 without knee sleeves. Once I put on the knee sleeves, it seemed to take the pressure off my knees, but honestly it was hard to tell due to having soreness from the previous set; however the soreness was WAY less than it has been when I have been squatting non-box style.

Can you post a video from the side? Hard to see much from that angle, whether you're rocking forward or any of the other common mistakes. With box squats, you'll probably want to take a bit of a wider stance than you have though, even with it being a front squat.

Remember with a box squat, you want to stay tight to the box, then when you hit the box, stay tight except for releasing your hips to sit back, and then you want to spread the floor to stand up.

I'll see next time I squat. With stance width, I have to be careful because my feet while not completely flat since I had surgery, are still flat.I'm sure I can go wider, but I know I can't do the super wide stance I've seen in videos. The wider I go, the harder it is to keep my feet forward.
 
It's fine but maybe see if you can make the box lower as the legs are best trained in that stretched position
 
Agree with both the above points, I definitely think your rocking back onto the box which you want to avoid.

Main thing I think I noticed (could be wrong) but I don’t think you braced before you started the descent? In the last video it sounds like you step back, breathe out and descend.......the brace is crucial (in all lifts) and is well worth taking some time to learn.
