Frequency of Cycles question

I know that the time off inbetween cycles is supposed to equal your time "on". Would this include PCT? for example, if you were to do 4 weeks of SD solo, then 4 weeks of PCT, would you wait another 4 weeks after PCT to start up again? or can you start up again shortly after PCT? Thanks in advance for all your help guys.

Safe bet is to figure time on + PCT for your time off. 4 weeks SD + 4 weeks PCT = 8 weeks off. Keep in mind that different AAS will have different sides and wreak havoc on different systems in your body. It's not just getting your natty test running again it is also liver enzymes and cholesterol levels that should be checked and evaluated, especially with harsh orals like SD. OTOH, a 12 weeker of an injectable such as test followed by 4 weeks PCT would IMHO not require 16 weeks off but thats just me. :) I would say 8 weeks off in that case but needs to be reconsidered if stacked with orals or injectables with more sides.

But keep in mind, I don't know s#it! :run:
 
my bread and butter is 4 weeks tren depot/dbols on, 4 weeks off, with nolva and sometimes igf (if I can afford it). Tend to make solid solid gains and keep it all in those 4 weeks on, don't shut down hard, and recover very quickly.

Bro I was trying to ask you about this in another thread.

Real Parabolan (Tren Hex) is a long ester.. some ug labs make a blend.. regardless..that also includes a long ester. Why are you running it 4 weeks on and off? I don't see any logic in that. I seriously doubt you are "off" at all. No disrespect intended, just curious. It would seem to me that the only thing you are cycling is the Dbol.
