After seeing this for the 4th time this week I want to just make something clear to the newbs.Biceps..Biceps are the first thing that get flexed,but they are very overrated.I for one do not train biceps at all,If you want jacked,huge arms train triceps and hit them hard! Honestly I see more and more curl monkey's.Focus on the big 4 lifts and especially legs and if you want huge arms,remember TRICEPS + LEGS (back and chest aswell)..just leave the biceps..train them once a week 2-3 sets of ten or 8 is enough in my opinion,unless you
