Food help!

Hey everyone, I have been bodybuilding for about 4 years now and I've been eating chicken for at least 3 meals a day everyday for those four years. Know, I used to love chicken now the sight and smell of it kills me I want to puke. Anyone have any other good recipes or idea to change that? Anything would help!
 
I like cutting it up into thinner pieces and marinating it for like 24 hours. hard cider with some red pepper flakes, sea salt, and curry powder is one of my favorites and works really well at masking the gross chicken flavor. Grilling it is also really helpful.
 
you could eat something other than chicken...
 
I would be ready to starve ...what about other protein sources? Fish, turkey, pork, beef, eggs. Even with 7,000 different preparations, I could see it getting old having it that frequent.
 
I grill my chicken, and I don't know why else to eat for my protein with out spending a lot of cash. And I can't Stand fish never bought or even looked at turkey. And turkey seemed like it would be to expensive probably where I live a 5 pound bag cost about 10 bucks
 
Yeah, turkey cutlets or ground turkey are a good alternative if you want to stick with white meat. If your budget can take it, I'd try more fish...if you have a Lucky's store that place has cheap fresh fish.
But since chicken is affordable, i usually switch how I'm eating it...tacos, fajitas, grilled, pulled in a slow cooker, cubed and seared, seasonings, etc
 
Chicken everyday for 4 years? Damn, how are you still sane? Give yourself some leverage, having a clean diet is great and all but try to open up your menu a bit more. Look through recipes for other sources. I always have a variety of protein sources and ways to cook them, I always bring up new recipes and it makes me look foward to my next meal.
 
Try eating tuna, salmon, lean beef, and eggs. Eggs are not the devil that you've been told.
Excellent source of protein with lots of other nutrients in them.
