Figured I’d share a small tidbit of info in case anyone is experiencing this. Recently bought some Dymatize ISO100 hydrolyzed whey protein. I like it except for the fact it would get extremely foamy after mixing in a shaker (plus it was damn near $100). Had to wait about 10 minutes for the foam to dissipate. Then I had this idea to try mixing in a tbsp of MCT oil, and voila, no more foam. Might be an old trick I never knew about, but was happy it worked.
