First time LG Trifecta Stack / log

This will be my firs time using a PH and I plan on logging it. Im 25yrs old 5ft. 5in. tall and I weigh 137lbs. not sure about my body fat %.

Thinking about dosing it: M1-D at 4 caps day 1st week then 5 caps weeks 2-4, MMv3 at 3 caps week 1, 4 caps week 2, 5 caps week 3 and 6 caps week 4. finish with formadrol 4 caps /day for 2 weeks and T-911 3 caps day until gone.

This is my first time logging a PH so any helpful advice is welcome.

Nice stack especially with the additional T-911

This stack is good but mild on the PH scale so there's not too much to worry about as far as sides go.
Really focus on your diet and eating for the gains.

I'm in for the log...

I agree with the dose scheme, looks solid.

I also completely agree with Hookset, with this mild PH run you will see great gains if your diet is on point, but it's not as anabolic as a 17a or AAS which will put on gains regardless. I'll be here of course for any questions or concerns you may have. Let's kill it brother!

My diet:
drink water all day
breakfast: 4-5 eggs, ½ cup oatmeal and blueberries or strawberries
snack: lg lipotropic protein, mixed whole raw almonds, walnuts &
pecans, grapes, apple or banana
lunch: chicken, turkey, fish-(tuna, tilapia or salmon) or lean beef
brown rice, whole grain pasta or sweet potato
salad leaf spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with olive
oil based dressing
snack: lg lipotropic protein, power butter peanut butter on p28 high
protein bread grapes, apple or banana
supper: chicken, turkey, fish-(tuna, tilapia or salmon) or lean beef
brown rice, whole grain pasta or sweet potato
salad leaf spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with olive
oil based dressing
snack: lg lipotropic protein with whole milk and 1cup cottage cheese

my supplements:
organic multivitamin
fishoil
digestive enzymes
trifecta stack with t-911
lipotropic protien – 3 times day
anadraulic state gt – 1 scoop day
anadraulic pump – before workout
bc+eaa – during/after workout
creatine monohydrate pharmaceutical grade 100% pure hplc mixed with powdered Gatorade

The stack should be showing up this week.
Think I’m going to stick with Doggcrapp training, seeing good results with it.

I like this one myself. do somthing close to it but a bit more reps and longer workout. good stuf for sher

The stack showed up Friday, starting the cycle today. MMv3 isn’t the best tasting stuff but its tolerable. I was using the DC 2-day split, but for this cycle I think I’m going to give the 3-day split a go. Today is an off day tomorrow is chest, delts & triceps.

Had good workout today, chest, shoulders & triceps.
Flat dumbbell bench press 50lbs. ea. 7,4,3
seated dumbbell press 30lbs. ea. 8,4,3
close grip bench press 110lbs 7,4,3

How did you run that? Trifecta then PCT then straight into Natabolic Stack?
