first cycle looking very close

my mates just getting everything together for my first cycle, he said he would get the right dosages and all pct needed but i thought id make sure its all okay on here first.

basically im going to be doing a test & winstrol cycle. the only test we can get is sustanon i know its not great cos the esters only kick in week 4-6, but thats the only one we've got available.

basically i was wondering what kinda dosages of each i should be taking? my mate said 500mg of sust a week and 25mg winstrol everyday.

can anyone confirm this for me or correct it for me. Also how long do i run each for? do i start them together or start the sust first? my mate said he'll make me a cycle on paper but i just wanted to get you guys advise on this

I'd take at least 50mg winstrol ed.

Winstrol half-life is short and 25 mg is not enough.
