First cycle help

I’m currently 8 weeks into my first cycle running test 400 @ 600mg p/w.

Weeks 1-4 were 40mg tbol but now just on test.

Feeling good made good gains little sides and clean diet so was thinking of pushing the cycle to 16 weeks would this be safe for my first cycle or should I let my body rest ?

Second this, the gains tend to slow down heavily and 16 weeks just makes it harder to recover.

Harder to recover... sure, possibly. But also, the weight is kept on a month longer. With it being his first time and all... good chance of recovery regardless, need to focus on effective pct in the meantime moreso than how long he’s on.
 
Dave crosland said it best though when he said “I know a lot of guys who only ran one cycle. It’s just that it’s lasted five years and they’re still on it.”

So let’s not be that guy either.

Sure but new people don't always end up getting most out of a cycle and chances are hell do another cycle again. I think it's smart to see how it treats you and if you keep the gains else it's just more damage to the body.
 
It’s a blend but I’ll take the safer advice and run a cycle up to 12 weeks see how I recover let my body rest. Cheer lads.
