Current Cycle:

175TestC (25mg daily)

175NPP (25mg daily)

Anavar 30mg daily

2iu HGH Nightly

Reta 6mg weekly



After years of following crappy diets I finally started fixing my metabolism by stopped thinking carbs were the enemy, and tracking all my food all the time. I am currently TORCHING fat! (Losing 1-1.5lbs weekly) Next is to continue to get lean. <12% BF and lower as long as I'm not losing too much muscle (which I don't have much to begin with)



This is where I can wait to get. Slowly rebound out of this cut. My plan is to actually find out my Testosterone side effect threshold is. So start off 250 Test weekly for 2 weeks And add 100mg weekly until I found out where I'll need an AI to combat high E2 symptoms, and ONLY symptoms.

I'll keep HGH at 2iu for the first couple of weeks and the ln I'll slowly titrate up to get to 5-6iu and find where that threshold for side effects are.

Don't forget about slowly cranking up carbs. No numbers because you won't know until I can find where I'm gaining 1lb a week while maintaining my conditioning as well as possible.

As I find my macros( focusing on carbs) I will then introduce small amounts of insulin peri-workout. I should be able to run a cycle like this for 20+weeks. If I stall towards the end I may add an oral for 6-8 weeks at most. (Not sure which one though)

Just my insight... after a cut expect excess calories to over flow from muscle glycogen into fat stores. So 22% will go up. Age and starting BF% are not ideal for a bulk. But I'm 49 and basing this on my experience for my body.
 
Oh yeah please read again, I'm still have a long way to go on my current cut. I won't bulk until getting under at least 12%.
 
Sorry brother you said first bulk... yes at your current great pace about 20 weeks to go and then slowly titrate calories up. Good luck and enjoy the journey

OP, you have a long way to go and I can almost guarantee that your plans will change before you’re in any shape to bulk. Come back and ask this question when you’re (a lot) leaner.
