Finasteride vs Dutaseride

I'm not sure if this question goes under Steroids but of the two, which do you think is a better hairloss preventative?
 
I did do a search. It showed the hairloss thread which I read last year with no addition to the dutasteride substance. I have gone to various websites including the official website. I was looking for opnion and experience rather than "what is it".
 
um....dutast knocks DHT the fcuk out, like 95%, and has a long active life....finast is only good for about 80% (still, most) and has a <48hr active life.

most people dont need dutasteride...i use it on-cycle because i like to take DHT completely out of the equation, and replace it with something 5a-reduced but actually anabolic (anadrol, superdrol, var, etc)

essentially, the drug is still doing at least a fraction of its job for that duration. the half-life is more important, and i believe it's less than a day for finasteride. bottom line is that it's in and out alot more quickly than dutast.
 
I read somewhere that propecia should be taken if your hairloss is in extreme condition, beyond stage 3 of hairloss. Usually around 30 yrs old. Anything before that it has minor benefits.
