Fenotest vs. Fenugreek

I just wanted to know if fenotest has the same health benefits as does regular fenugreek. Does fenotest help in digestion like fenugreek, and which has a stronger extract of fenugreek?

One would have to isolate the specific compounds in fenugreek that have the positive health benefits in order to answer this question.

The fenugreek extract in Fenotest is of the compound Testofen which is standardized for Fenuside. This is a very new extract, and besides the testosterone increasing effects, there are not any studies on the possible health benefits of it.

If you are mainly concerned with receiving the health benefits of Fenugreek, I would take whole fenugreek.
