What are the pros and cons of females taking ZMA? Not certain how the stuff works in females
In males I know zma increases testosterone which has the added benefit of increasing hgh, but in females what would happen to the additional testosterone and what would it do? Would more testosterone be aromatised, thus keeping the t:e ratio normal or would the ratio be altered?
