Extending Havoc Cycle with 3-AD?

Currently I am on day 18 (of 28) of Havoc and I have a bottle of 3-AD arriving tomorrow. Would it be good to start the 3-AD as soon as it arrives, or run it as a separate cycle? Also, would effectiveness of the 3-AD be reduced by starting it midway through the Havoc cycle?
