Experience with nutrient partitioners

I have two bottles of slin sane. I am going to start using it next week...I am currently in a very moderate lean bulk.

I was just wondering what others' experiences have been with nutrient partitioners while bulking.

I find that when I use them pre workout with carbs, I have a better pump. If I take them on an off day prior to my biggest carb meal or dose for my two largest carb meals, I have a nice full look longer than normal. It also helps me with not feeling as bloated after a large carb meal.

Main thing will be reducing bloat if you notice that issue from higher carb meals. Should help keep fat gain down as well depending on caloric surplus intake.

There are numerous benefits to nutrient partitioners, but sometimes I think people rely on them too heavily.

Interesting. Carb bloat is the main reason I slashed my carbs.

I should clarify, carbs affect individuals differently. Find carb sources that don't bloat you. You're more than likely not absorbing and digesting them very well.

A nutrient partitioner will aid in bloat with a higher carb meal than you normally take in.

I had high expectations when I first started using them based on reviews, but honestly I don't have much need these days other than helping control bloat from high carb meals. I'm not saying they're not worth the money, because helping reduce bloat is a huge help, but they won't work miracles if your diet isn't in check :)

Just like every other supplement for the most part. Diet is the biggest factor IMO.

Of course, I well understand that meticulously planning one's diet is the most important factor in gaining minimal body fat. Nonetheless, if there are supplements that can help, then why not :)

i think it would help some, but not it's full potential. When bulking it could help you eat more

So something like gut health would be more useful than a nutrient partitioner

Only ever used Slin Sane V2, but could never tell if it did anything or not. Went thru 2 bottles, dosing as suggested on the label.

Well Gut Health is a probiotic.

Probiotic and nutrient partitioners work very differently.

Correct but if pretty much every carb bloats me, it would be more of a digestion issue which would make GH more useful

If you find every type of carb bloats you, I would go get a diagnosis.

So I've seen numerous different suggestions on how to dose Slin Sane.

Some say 1 cap before every meal containing carbs, others say 2 caps before your biggest meals.

All of my meals currently have ~60 g carbs...would I be best off just taking 1 cap before each meal?

1 cap prior to your carb meals 2-4 times per day.
