Warthog13 Member Mar 6, 2015 #6 +1 on the Beta Alanine. For what it's worth, I did a stretch of 3 marathons in 12 weeks last year and I used both Beta Alanine and Quercetin. But I need to look into this CardioTryx - this is the first I've heard of it!
