Epistane- big nipples in the morning

I'm 5 weeks into my 6 week epistane/dermacrine cycle. For the past two days, when I wake up, my nipples are way puffy and itchy. ****! I'm also waking up with erections again- very strange timing, as my libido crashed in week 3.
My strength increases have been massive, and i'd planned a solid training peak to end my cycle, so im really reluctant to start pct a week early. That being said, gyno scares the **** out of me.
My nipples actually seem to return back to normal about an hour after taking my morning epi dose. Basically, i need some objectivity. Can I keep going? Should I start taking my formestane? Nolva? STFU and start my pct? Torn...

Hit some form. Sensitivity happens on cycle. It's no big deal as long as you don't have a lump. Calm down, don't play with your nipples, and use your AI. You'll be fine to finish out your cycle.
