6 pumps each shin or shoulder, rub it in with the opposing calf or forearm. so much easier to dose up with the new 100 version

Yup, this way there's no good way for very much, if any, of the carrier to evaporate out over time.

My daily dose of the prior version is 2 ml. I have quite a few bottles left, so it will be awhile before I order the new version. So what is the dose for a single pump?

20mg per pump.

5 pumps = 1ml = 100mg

Yeah, I liked the dropper too.
... But it is nice having it more concentrated.
... Especially since I use a lot of TDs.
