Been reading around for a while, decided it's time to get into it myself. Let's get straight to it.
STATS
22 years old
6'1
190lbs
~12% bf
training since 16, seriously the last two years
-GOAL is to get around 10-12lbs of lean muscle, secondary goal is to keep or reduce my bodyfat %
CYCLE
-Epi (olympus) 30/30/45/45/45/45
SUPPORT
-Ar1macare Pro (olympus)
-mayyyyyyy throw in some extra tudca (thoughts?)
- tons of water
STAPLES
-multi (f*ck it, why not)
-omegas
-creatine
-etc
PCT
-Sup3r PCT (olympus as well, guess I'm a label wh*re) tapered
-Nolva 20/20/10/10
Sooo.... any thoughts on things I should add or take away? I did my homework and this seems to be the typical blueprint for an epi cycle.
Only question really is how would you taper the super pct? I'm thinking start with 4 caps/day and then every 10 days reduce by one cap. Thanks boys
