Dht is definitely a good thing. It’s actually very, very good at increasing strength and training aggression. Not to mention the other positive attributes already listed. I’m just noting it’s efficacy as a pure strength hormone. I’d place it pretty high on my list. It’s really not good at all for gaining weight, though. You will gain though, but as a secondary attribute via the mechanism of your increased lifting abilities. The heavier weight you can control and train with (and recover from), all other things being equal (sets and reps etc.), the faster you will gain. I think all of us would agree on that.
Obviously it does have its negatives but the worst and most notable thing would be the onset of MPB. Shedding is no fun and it is permanent especially if rogaine or something similar is not used.
