Im looking at pics of him and came across this one. Opinions on his chest development? I would have thought it would have been much more developed than it is here.

If that is him, it's a really old picture. He's had his tribal on the left arm since about 2003.

Yeah this picture is definitely older than 2013. Pain and Gain was released in 2013 and he was huge in that movie.
