i wouldnt unless u take a very low dose of Cialis, because DTH jacks up ur NO levels quiet a bit and I would Cialis is 24 to 36 hours in your blood.

Thanks,I love DTHC and it`s awesome for a libido boost but occasionally i need to take Cialis.
How could i get a libido boost without jacking my NO levels?
Someone told me that caffeine eliminates NO from working..have no idea if that's true..

caffeine doesnt "eliminate it" per se, the NO still is produced, its just NO diolates, caffeine constricts.

Use about 2 DTH, day, 1 am and one mid-day with it.
