I currently take 3g L arginine pre workout. I'm wanting to add in X gels as well. Is it best to take all of this pre workout (3g L arginine + 4 Xgels)? Or should I split this up somehow? Thanks!

There shouldn't be any issues combining these two together.
If you want a really, really strong pump product to take with X-Gels, a lot of people love stacking X-Gels with VasoForce XT or Super Swole capsules. They're both much stronger than Arginine.
