I have the powder and want to know how I should go about taking it?
Should I cap it or make it into a liquid (if that's even a possibilty). Thanks.

cap it unless you want your mouth to turn yellow.... along with everything else.

Alright, and no matter what I shake it in, be a bag or jug, that's going to be trash afterwards too. Should I let the powder settle once I mix it with the filler before capping it?
