I know that Derma has pregnenolone in it, but would it be beneficial to run both simultaneously? I know that pregnenolone can increase e2 levels.

Any thoughts?

I like the mental clarity that I get from preg.

What do you recommend for dosage and application site? I'm currently on 5 pumps of derma (270 lbs).

Yes. Apply to the shoulders and upper chest.

Dosage when the 5 pumps of Derma is factored in? I want to avoid any E sides. I was thinking 0.50 ml? Thoughts?

I would start the P5 at .25ml and go from there...that would increase the pregnenolone you're getting in there dermacrine by about 33%

Just got some bloodwork done, and my Pregnenalone and DHEA are rock bottom. Ive been on TRT for several years now, and have never supplemented with either...
