dammit my right 9th and 10th rib were healing nicely than yesterday I went and hurt my front left ribs. I'm going to have to work low weight high reps for like 6 weeks. sorry just ranting this blast has been one injury after another
 
Look into TB-500 and BPC-157 or the combination of the two. Those peptides may greatly speed up the healing process. They may also heal up other nagging aches and pains.

BPC-157 worked wonders for me on my shoulder.
