Cutting w/ PH - Hypocaloric?

Many on this board have stated that while on PH or M1T (especially) they drop BF while eating at maintenance or even hypercaloric.

Anyone eating below maintenance? Feedback? Added benefit?

I'm going w/ M1T alone (10mg/day - 2 weeks) with the mojor goal of reducing BF and curious whether to eat at or below maintenance. TIA for any input.

yes, if you truly want to shed bodyfat, eat below maintenence... if you eat close to maintenence or just below, you could lower your bodyfat percentage (gain muscle while keeping bodyfat the same, or possibly losing some)
